You may not:

    Post any form of pornography / hentai
    Post spam messages
    Steal others work without permission or credit.
    Post messages which include fowl language Example: That's ****ing sweet you ***hole.=no


Now if you go against any of these rules you will be let off with a warning the first 3 times, but then will get banned for a certain amount of weeks depending on how bad the reason is.

Ban time Chart
posting of pornography / hentai = 3 months of ban.
posting of spam messeges = 1 week
posting of Uncredited work = 2 weeks
posting of fowl language = 1 month


Now if you get banned a second time the ban time will be double, if you get banned 3 times the ban time will get tripled, so on.

These are not all the rules eventually others will be added on.
I am open to suggestions.
